Feedback is invited by no later than close of business Friday 19 February
Note: for those local governments who have not sought an extension beyond this coming Friday, the Minister’s office has agreed that where councils do not have an opportunity to formally consider this matter at an Ordinary Council Meeting prior to February 12th, extensions on an individual basis can be negotiated from councils up until February 26th, 2010.
