What do you need to know about the Gender Equality Act 2020 now that it is in effect? What changes should you expect to see in your council and community? What are the resourcing implications of these changes for your council?

We will seek to answer all of these questions and provide high-level context for councillors in understanding the Gender Equality Act 2020, a historic piece of legislation which will have significant impacts on local governments and public sector entities across Victoria.
