This March, FastTrack will focus on the theme of "Leading Under Pressure" - with a program of interactive panels designed to give you, as a Councillor, the strategies, tools and skills to navigate the demanding landscape of local government and lead effectively under pressure.

Chris Eddy will MC this confidential, peer-learning experience, where presenters will discuss maintaining determination, fostering personal resilience, and adapting to the evolving approaches in leadership.
