Rita Harris

Rita Harris was appointed independent member of the VLGA Governance and Risk Committee in June 2023.

Her current board roles include Chair of Netwealth Superannuation Pty Ltd, as well as membership of its Audit, Risk and Compliance and Investment Committees and Director and Secretary of the School of St Jude Ltd. Rita has extensive experience in the financial services industry having worked in a number of key senior roles within Marsh & McLennan subsidiary, Mercer.

Rita is a qualified lawyer and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
